เมื่อวันที่ 25–26 มิถุนายน 2569 นางสาวรุจิกร เเสงจันทร์ อธิบดีกรมเศรษฐกิจระหว่างประเทศได้นำคณะผู้แทนภาคเอกชนไทย เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทางธุรกิจ ณ เมืองอัลมาตี สาธารณรัฐคาซัคสถาน ในโอกาสที่ นายสีหศักดิ์ พวงเกตุแก้ว รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศเดินทางเยือนคาซัคสถานอย่างเป็นทางการ

กิจกรรมครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการทูตเศรษฐกิจเชิงรุกและเปิดโอกาสทางการค้าและการลงทุนในตลาดใหม่ที่มีศักยภาพสูงในภูมิภาคเอเชียกลาง มีผู้แทนภาคเอกชนเข้าร่วมจำนวน 12 บริษัท ประกอบด้วย (1) บริษัท แสนสิริ จำกัด (มหาชน) (2) บริษัท G Village BKK (3) บริษัท Thai Union Group (4) บริษัท Sea Value (5) บริษัท Sea wealth (6) บริษัท Index Creative Village จำกัด (มหาชน) (7) บริษัท One Venture (8) บริษัท โคคา โฮลดิ้ง อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล จำกัด (9) บริษัท SCG (10) บริษัท เบอร์ลี่ ยุคเกอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน) (11) บริษัท CIP Value และ (12) สมาคมวิเทศพาณิชย์ไทยจีน

ในโอกาสนี้ กรมเศรษฐกิจฯ ได้จัดกิจกรรม Thailand-Kazakhstan Business Forum และการจับคู่ธุรกิจ (Business Matching) ณ โรงแรม the Ritz Carlton เมือง Almaty เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้ภาคเอกชนไทยได้เจรจาการค้าและสร้างเครือข่ายพันธมิตรกับผู้ประกอบการชาวคาซัคสถานโดยตรง ในสาขาเป้าหมาย เช่น อาหารแปรรูป อสังหาริมทรัพย์ ธุรกิจบันเทิง ดิจิทัล และผลิตภัณฑ์ด้านสุขภาพ กิจกรรมดังกล่าวประสบสำเร็จตามวัตถุประสงค์และได้รับผลตอบรับในทิศทางที่ดีจากภาคเอกชนไทยและคาซัคสถาน โดยมีผู้ลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมงานถึง 128 ราย ส่งผลให้เกิดการจับคู่ธุรกิจที่สำคัญ ขณะที่บริษัท อินเด็กซ์ มีแผนจะต่อยอดจัดงาน Trade Fair 2027 ณ เมืองอัลมาตี

นอกจากนี้ กรมเศรษฐกิจฯ ได้นำคณะผู้แทนภาคเอกชนเข้าศึกษาดูงานโอกาสทางธุรกิจของไทยในพื้นที่เขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษ ณ Alatau City และ Konaev City และเข้าเยี่ยมชม ASP Arena ผู้ให้บริการด้าน sports and entertainment รวมถึงบริษัท Shin-Line ในสาขาอาหารและการค้าปลีก

On 25–26 June 2026, Ms. Rujikorn Saengchantr, Director-General of the Department of International Economic Affairs, led a delegation of Thai private sector representatives to participate in a series of business activities in Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan, on the occasion of the official visit of H.E. Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, to Kazakhstan.

The mission aimed to advance Thailand’s proactive economic diplomacy and create new trade and investment opportunities in the high-potential markets of Central Asia. The delegation comprised representatives from 12 Thai companies and organizations, including: (1) Sansiri, (2) G Village BKK, (3) Thai Union Group, (4) Sea Value, (5) Sea Wealth, (6) Index Creative Village, (7) One Venture, (8) Coca Holding International, (9) SCG, (10) Berli Jucker (BJC), (11) CIP Value, and (12) the Thai-Chinese International Trade Association.

On this occasion, the Department of International Economic Affairs organised the Thailand–Kazakhstan Business Forum and Business Matching Session at The Ritz-Carlton, Almaty, providing Thai businesses with opportunities to engage in direct business discussions and establish partnerships with Kazakh entrepreneurs. The targeted sectors included processed food, real estate, entertainment, digital industries, and health care products.

The event received highly positive feedback from both Thai and Kazakh participants. A total of 128 participants registered for the Business Forum, resulting in a number of significant business matching opportunities. Notably, Index International Group planned to organise Trade Fair 2027 in Almaty.

In addition, the Department led the delegation on site visits to the Alatau City Special Economic Zone and Konaev City. The delegation visited ASP Arena, a leading sports and entertainment service provider, as well as Shin-Line, a company operating in the food processing and retail sectors, to explore potential business and investment opportunities.
