เมื่อวันที่ 4 สิงหาคม 2569 นางสาวรุจิกร แสงจันทร์ อธิบดีกรมเศรษฐกิจระหว่างประเทศ พบหารือกับนาย Henning Glaser ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศด้านนโยบายสาธารณะและธรรมาภิบาล เยอรมัน-อุษาคเนย์ (German-Southeast Asian Center of Excellence for Public Policy and Good Governance: CPG) และคณะ ณ กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ

ทั้งสองฝ่ายหารือถึงพัฒนาการด้านภูมิรัฐศาสตร์ การค้า และความมั่นคงทางเศรษฐกิจที่ส่งผลต่อห่วงโซ่อุปทานและเศรษฐกิจโลก ตลอดจนแนวโน้มกฎระเบียบของสหภาพยุโรปในด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม แรงงาน ธรรมาภิบาล และการต่อต้านการทุจริต รวมถึงการใช้กระบวนการเข้าเป็นสมาชิก OECD เพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิรูปและยกระดับมาตรฐานของไทย นอกจากนี้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายยังได้หารือแนวทางส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างกันผ่านการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ การวิจัย การให้ข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบาย และการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพ เพื่อสนับสนุนกระบวนการเข้าเป็นสมาชิก OECD และการขับเคลื่อนการทูตเศรษฐกิจของไทย

อนึ่ง CPG เป็นศูนย์วิชาการภายใต้คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี 2552 ด้วยความร่วมมือระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัย Frankfurt และมหาวิทยาลัย Münster โดยดำเนินงานด้านการวิจัย การจัดกิจกรรมทางวิชาการ การให้คำปรึกษาเชิงนโยบาย และการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพ ครอบคลุมประเด็นด้านกฎหมาย นโยบายสาธารณะ ธรรมาภิบาล สิทธิมนุษยชน และความมั่นคง

On 4 August 2026, Ms. Rujikorn Saengchantr, Director-General of the Department of International Economic Affairs, met with Mr. Henning Glaser, Director of the German-Southeast Asian Center of Excellence for Public Policy and Good Governance (CPG), and his delegation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Both sides discussed geopolitical, trade, and economic security developments affecting global supply chains and the world economy, as well as European Union regulations concerning the environment, labour, governance, and anti-corruption. They also exchanged views on leveraging Thailand’s OECD accession process to support domestic reforms and raise national standards. In addition, both sides discussed ways to promote potential cooperation through knowledge exchange, research, policy advice, and capacity building in support of Thailand’s OECD accession and the advancement of Thailand’s economic diplomacy.

CPG is an academic centre under the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University. Established in 2009 through cooperation among Thammasat University, Frankfurt University and Münster University, the Centre conducts research, organises academic activities, provides policy advice, and undertakes capacity-building activities covering law, public policy, good governance, human rights, and security.
